The most distinctive feature of this uniform is a life-size seagull on top of his cap, and his large Navy crest, which he wears as a cape. He usually wears glasses and a full navy admiral's uniform adorned with medals.
He is always accompanied by a goat that appears to be his pet. Sengoku is a middle-aged man with a long braided beard and a mustache. Currently he continues to work for the World Government, after his desertion from the Navy he works as Inspector General. The last appearance is in Mariejoa commenting that Jimbei will not attend the match against Whitebeard, even if they take away the title of Shichibukai. They seem to dislike (as does Smoker) the Shichibukai. He is subordinate solely to the leaders of the World Government: the Gorōsei. And finally, after the timeskip at the end of the Dressrosa arc as Inspector General. The fifth in Luffy's meddling in Impel Down.
The fourth would be lamenting about the problems that Luffy keeps causing him (beating the Tenryuubito) and giving orders to Kizaru to arrest him. In history he has appeared seven times, the first in the meeting between the Navy and the Shichibukai to discuss the defeat of Crocodile, the second during the Nico Robin flashback in which he ordered the Buster Call on Ohara, the third was together with Kuma and Garp, arguing with the first for letting the straw hats escape and with the second for interrupting him impertinently.
